Cookie Consent is the latest fad on the Internet. I call it a fad because I don’t think it will last very long. Cookies, which are tiny bits of information websites place on your computer, have been around for a long time, but only recently have privileged people taken notice. They want you to know about cookies, so they made rules requiring websites to warn people that cookies are in use. Details of CoinQuest’s cookies appear on our privacy page.
This is what CoinQuest’s warning looks like. The orange bar appears only if you have not accepted cookies. To test it, press the Accept button and the orange bar should disappear. If you press the Reject button, the site will stop working. Press Accept to make it work again.
Please go to CoinQuest.com and see if the orange bar operates correctly. Press Accept and see if it disappears. If this does not happen, let us know. Thanks!
Comments and Questions - A new “Blog” feature allows visitors to make comments and ask questions directly on the CoinQuest website. Please try it out.
The blue comment form appears on every coin page and also at the top of the Blog page. You have to register with CoinQuest before you can post, but this only requires an email address, nothing more. There are no passwords or other personal data involved.
Please go to any coin page on CoinQuest (there are 3349 of them on the site, one for each type of coin), scroll down and find the blue comment form. Fill it out and see what happens.
If you are unhappy with the way the site works, please let us know. Your feedback is very valuable. If everything seems ok, nothing further is required.
You can type “This is a test” or you can make a real comment or ask a real question. We will answer real comments and question right away, but “This is a test” entries will be removed shortly after posting.
After you post, your comment or question appears on the coin page itself, and on Blog page as well. You will find these posts interesting, I’m sure. Here is how they look.
